Yes right but question comes what is best routine and diet for your hair letz have look
* routine *
1) oil your hair alternate night and wash in morning hot oil is preferable if you dont have oil skin
2) egg yolk mask or onion juice mask for hair will gain volume to you hair and stop hair fall
3) shampoo that i use is sunslik pink with sunsilk conditioner after wash
4) apply streax syrum for softer and shiny look to your hair
5) dont tie your hair tight with rubber band
*diet*
1) walnut ,almonds ,cucumber,carrots .
2) non vegeterian people can eat salmon fish and can intake cod liver oil tablets which give vitamin E .
3) curd,youghurt,lassi and milk product always good for hair and skin .
4) kidney beans and soya bean are good for hair as well apart of heavy diet wheat biscuits and glucose biscuits are good to add perfect diet .
5) fruits like citrus contatin such as orange blue berry , black berry ,lemonade ,watermelon, gauva always amazing banana is good to have along milk .but if you are weight consious like me avoid banana too much .
